Fomison: What Shall We Tell Them was a major survey exhibition of the work of the late Tony Fomison. The exhibition surveyed work from every stage in Fomison's development, positioning the artist within contemporary New Zealand art history and also presenting an in-depth perspective on the personal and universal issues addressed in his work. The catalogue includes a carefully researched essay by exhibition curator Ian Wedde, a wealth of archival and documentary material illustrated throughout the catalogue and exhibition catalogue of over 100 works by Fomison.
