Invitation to join the Friends

The Friends of City Gallery Wellington is a membership organisation which presents a unique opportunity to be involved in the life of the Gallery, as well as contributing to and participating in its future success.

As a Friend of City Gallery Wellington you will receive certain privileges and access to special events. At the same time, Friends help us to strengthen the relationship between art lovers, art and the artists. The Gallery hopes to provide Friends with the satisfaction of developing a relationship with a gallery that not only has a national and growing international reputation for ground-breaking exhibitions and education programmes, but also brings a contemporary and critical edge to visual art and culture in this country.

Annual levels of membership

• Individual Friends Membership $30
• Family (2 adults & 2 children) $50
• Student $15

Membership privileges

• Invitations to exclusive events for Friends
• Special opportunities to meet artists and curators and visit artists' studios
• Concession entry to charged exhibitions (if available)
• City Gallery Events information
• 10% discount on all merchandise
